Acceptance of terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the IOP Digital website, learning platform, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) operated by IOP Digital, a digital division of the Institute of Professionals (“IOP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account, enrolling in a program, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to enroll in IOP Digital programs. Users under 18 require consent from a parent or legal guardian. You represent that all registration information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.
Our programs are designed for learners worldwide. Certain features or payment methods may vary by region.
Programs & enrollment
Program descriptions, schedules, mentor assignments, and pricing are published on our website and may be updated between cohorts. Enrollment is confirmed only after payment is received and you receive a written confirmation from IOP Digital.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a cohort due to insufficient enrollment or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another cohort.
- Course materials are for personal, non-commercial use only.
- Sharing login credentials or redistributing content is prohibited.
- Live sessions may be recorded for enrolled students who miss a class.
Payments & refunds
Tuition fees are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. Payment plans, scholarships, and team pricing are subject to separate agreements.
Refund policy: Full refunds are available within 7 days of cohort start if you have not accessed more than 20% of course materials. After that window, refunds are issued at our discretion and may be prorated. No refunds are available after 50% of the program has elapsed.
Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in immediate suspension of platform access.
Student conduct
IOP Digital is built on mentorship and respect. You agree not to harass mentors, staff, or fellow students; submit plagiarized work; use the platform for unlawful purposes; or attempt to disrupt our systems.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms without refund, at our sole discretion.
Intellectual property
All content on the Services — including curricula, videos, documents, branding, and software — is owned by IOP Digital or its licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Projects you create during programs remain yours. By submitting work for mentor review, you grant IOP Digital a limited license to use anonymized examples for educational and marketing purposes, unless you opt out in writing.
Disclaimers & outcomes
IOP Digital provides education and career support. We do not guarantee employment, salary levels, or specific outcomes. Statistics shared on our website (e.g., hiring rates) reflect historical cohort data and are not promises of future results.
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IOP Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the program giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the event.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
